Week 5: Goals
Setting goals can be a great way to identify things you want to accomplish
but goal setting can also work against you by encouraging less focus on the present moment.
Learning Objective:
- To encourage teacher & students to consider how remaining focused in the present moment can actually lead to accomplishing tasks instead of getting frustrated by achieving future goals.
Learning Outcomes:
- Teachers will be able to explore the role that goals play in their lives.
- Teachers can present a lesson & apply these concepts in the classroom for their students.
- Teachers will build an understanding of how goals impacts their health and well-being as it relates to nutrition & movement.
