No matter what it is that’s causing the feeling, try taking one tiny step toward feeling better. Here are some suggestions. Move a little - one flight of stairs, one lap around the house, a quick trip to the mailbox. Anything. Have a moment of quiet and take a few deep breaths. Drink a glass of water. Make yourself a cup of tea. Get a little sunlight and fresh air.
