We teach students how to better manage their time, prioritize projects and activities, cultivate gratitude and find opportunities for more joy in their lives! When students have less stress and overwhelm it leads to better outcomes.
Teachers are overwhelmed and experiencing burnout with too much to do and too little time. Students are anxious and stressed. Administrators are under high amount of stress and pressure to make sure everyone excels. We help administrators bring health and wellness to the forefront.
We offer guidance to strengthen the whole person, the “foundation,” and to achieve a better work-life balance.
Signature Workshop
“Saved By The Bell”
Our newest workshop, Saved by the Bell, is modeled after the school day. Teachers will attend “classes” to learn various aspects of self-care and wellness that will keep them feeling fresh and energized all day long.
Our goal for this workshop is to teach skills that foster resilience and to provide simple, manageable ways to keep teachers from feeling drained and worn out after a long day in the classroom.
